  • This will stop the app after the particular time.

2, USE YOUR DEVICES INTENTIONALLY (Digital minimalism)

Delete Distracting  apps

3,SET TIME LIMITS FOR YOUR TECHNOLOGY

5, UNINSTALL UNNECESSARY APPS

When setting up a new smartphone, people download their favorite apps. Sometimes, in the process, one downloads separate apps, some of which are addictive. If you do not need these applications, but keep opening them anyway, it’s because you enjoyed them.

7, DON’T USE PHONE ON ALARM CLOCK

Do not check your phone or social media immediately after waking up. Leave your phone charging in a different room so it’s hard to reach and use an alarm clock instead. Be sure to greet your significant other and take care of your hygiene before you check your phone.
